Installation and Setup

A precise device that's badly installed is an imprecise device. A large share of the "accuracy loss" complaints heard in the market trace back to installation and initial calibration, not the device itself.

Our installation is done in person and at no extra cost, and includes initial calibration. Before delivery, we also check the install site's conditions with you: power (furnaces and mills each have their own requirements), ventilation, and enough space for the device and its peripherals.

One practical point we see often: the air compressor. Most milling machines need one, and it has to be factored into your space and budget plan — with the exception of a device like the vhf E5, which works without a compressor.

What's included

In-person installation — the device is set up and tested on your premises.
