A digital device without training is an expensive box. The difference between a lab that's producing within the first month and one that's still wrestling with the machine three months later is almost always training — not the model of device.
Our training is hands-on and focused on exactly what you'll do every day: capturing an acceptable scan, preparing the file, setting parameters correctly in CAM software, choosing the right sintering program for the zirconia grade, and the routine maintenance work that determines how long the device lasts.
Two areas where most first-time mistakes happen, and where we put extra emphasis: entering each blank batch's shrinkage factor into the CAM software, and choosing the sintering program — since a fast cycle on the wrong grade leaves work cloudy or weak.

It depends on the device and your team. We don't work to a fixed number — we continue until your team can operate independently.
What if a new person joins the team later?

Does it include CAD software training?
Training focuses on the device workflow and its connection to the software. For in-depth, specialized training on design software, we look at terms separately.
