Equipment Purchase Consultation
Before you spend, know whether the device actually fits your work.
The most expensive mistake in digital dentistry is buying the wrong device — not buying an expensive one. A device that's a size larger than you need is capital that sits unused for years; a device that's a size smaller has to be replaced within six months.
What we do is simple: we ask about your real case load, the type of cases you handle, and your plans for the next year or two, and recommend based on that. If the right answer is that you shouldn't buy yet, or should buy a cheaper model, that's what we'll tell you.
Three questions that usually settle the decision: Is your setup a clinic or a lab? Do you do implant work or only routine prosthetics? And how many cases a day? The answers to just these three often narrow ten models down to two.
What's included
Recommendations based on your case load — not the priciest or cheapest option available.
Compatibility warnings — if a device doesn't fit your software or implant system, we say so before you buy.
Multi-year outlook — if implant work is in your plan, start with 5 axes so you avoid an early replacement.
No cost — pre-purchase consultation is free.

Frequently asked questions
Does the consultation cost anything?
No, pre-purchase consultation is free.
What if you tell me a device isn't right for me?
We'll tell you exactly that. Selling a device that doesn't match your case load means an unhappy customer and costly support for us too.
What information should I have ready?
Your setup type (clinic or lab), number of cases per day or week, type of work (routine prosthetics, implants, orthodontics), and your current CAD software if you have one.
Is in-person consultation available?
Consultation is handled via WhatsApp and phone; for a closer look at your specific situation, an in-person visit can also be arranged — message us on WhatsApp.
