Choosing between two sintering furnaces almost always comes down to one question: is your bottleneck the speed of one urgent case, or how many cases you can finish in a working day?
If a patient is waiting chairside and the case has to go out same-day, the number that matters is the fastest program. But if your problem is a backlog of cases piling up by end of day, the deciding factors are chamber volume and cooling — because the next cycle can't start until the furnace cools down.
Temperature control accuracy and element type matter too, but differently: they affect the quality of the result and the furnace's lifespan, not its throughput. A few degrees of drift can shift shade or cloud the restoration; MoSi2 elements offer better thermal stability and longer life.

FAQ
Should I buy F1 or F2?
If your main concern is the speed of one urgent case, go with F1. If the number of cases per day is your constraint, the F2's two trays and fast cooling give you more capacity.
Can any zirconia be sintered on the fast cycle?
No. The blank's datasheet must confirm the fast program is approved. Running a fast cycle on an unsuitable grade causes cloudiness, shade shift or reduced strength.
What difference does a MoSi2 element make?
It offers better thermal stability and a longer lifespan than cheaper options. Since temperature accuracy directly affects final shade and strength, this isn't a place to cut corners.
