The Dentalrix premilled blank is compatible with 15 implant systems. The core advantage of any premill is that the fixture-connecting surface is pre-machined at the factory to micron-level precision — you only mill the top portion, the abutment's shape and profile.
Why this distinction matters: passive seating of an abutment on the fixture requires accuracy within a few microns, which lab milling cannot guarantee. An error at this level leads to screw loosening, micro-gaps and downstream tissue problems. With a premill, this surface is never touched.
